Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Akil Ali Consulting Partners (“we”, “us”), operator of this website ([ domain ]), collects and uses personal data. The firm is an entity being established with its base in Dubai, UAE; until incorporation, the data controller is Akil Ali. We handle personal data in line with international best practices for data protection and confidentiality. Data-protection contact: [ contact email ].
What we collect
- Enquiry data — when you email us or request a consultation, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Usage & analytics data — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser, referring source). See the Cookie Policy.
- Technical data — server logs may record IP address and browser information for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps prior to a possible engagement.
- To measure and improve the website — only with your consent (analytics cookies), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure and reliable.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the site and business, including Google (Analytics) and our website/hosting provider. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Assessment & sensitive data
Where an engagement involves an MR-CAS assessment, we collect data only after written informed consent — no consent, no assessment. Assessment records are retained for 24 months and then securely deleted, unless a longer period is agreed in writing. Thermography images are treated as high-sensitivity data: they are stored separately, access-restricted, and never annotated with medical claims.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings. Assessment data follows the 24-month schedule above.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact [ contact email ].

Medical Disclaimer
MR-CAS is advisory only. It is not medical care. It is a non-clinical, assessment-led human performance risk management system. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and it creates no physician, therapist or clinician relationship. It does not replace assessment or care by a regulated healthcare professional or occupational-health specialist.
Information provided through MR-CAS and this website is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of information provided here.
MR-CAS does not diagnose, does not predict injury, and does not guarantee any outcome. It maps capacity and exposure to support more informed, forward-looking decisions.
AI use. Any AI is used internally only — for data organisation, pattern recognition and report drafting. Every interpretation is reviewed and finalised by a qualified human, AI is never used for diagnosis, and no health-related data is shared with third-party AI tools without authorisation.
Confidentiality. Individual assessment results remain confidential to the individual. Organisational reporting is de-identified and aggregated unless a different process has been explicitly agreed, consented to and approved in writing.
